From a thriving Chicago music scene comes a band filled with years of experience, exceptional musicianship, and willingness to expand the boundaries of the norm. With frequent guests from bands ranging from Umphrey’s McGee to Chicago’s favorite jamgrass band Cornmeal to some of the most well known Jazz musicians in the country, The Liquid Beat Allstars have not only made a huge splash in a short time, but they have had some amazing guests along the way. Members of LBA have played some the biggest festivals and venues in the country; The 10,000 Lakes Music Festival, Wakarusa, and the Summercamp Music Festival just to name a few. Inspired by bands like Galactic, STS9 and Particle, The Liquid Beat Allstars take elements of Jazz, Funk, Electronica, and House music to create an accessible, danceable blend of sonic expulsion.
